Service Description

Delivery, set up and take down available for sunshine coast, Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast and Byron Bay. Priced at $50 per hour of driving from Cannon Hill. We do have a small branch on the Gold Coast with some larger marquees, so delivery costs for some items may differ. This includes driving there and back to deliver, and there and back to take down the following day. If your event only lasts a few hours, in some circumstances, we can wait in your area while the event takes place to avoid double trips and therefore reducing the price.

Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT AND BOND: To confirm your booking date(s), there is a 20% deposit (we do this to avoid no shows and late cancellations). The deposit will be taken off your hire cost when you make payment which is cash or instant transfer on the day of hire. There will also be a bond required on the day of hire (the bond amount depends on the item(s) hired). The bond will be fully refunded when we have checked that the item is undamaged and cleaned. For tents and marquees, we need to take them to a local park, set them up and check them before we return the bond. This could take up to 3 business days. We only take bond for permanent damage or if we need to spend hours cleaning marks and stains. DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the customer to take appropriate safety precautions and follow instructions provided to avoid injury when setting up/packing down tents/marquees. We take no liability for any injuries incurred while handling hire items. We have a zero tolerance policy with respect to all forms of abuse and disrespectful behaviour.
